Privacy Statement

Mount Kidd RV Park respects the privacy of its customers. As part of our commitment to you, we want to clarify why we may ask for your personal information and how we use it.

We collect personal information in order to set up a camping reservation. The personal information we require to do this includes the following: name, telephone number, and mailing address. We also collect personal credit card information or personal cheques in order to process payments for camping reservations. These items of information also assist us in the event that a reservation is cancelled and refund slips need to be mailed to the customer.

We do not share our customers' personal information with any other agency or organization.

As part of our customer service, we must at times publicly post customer personal information in the following ways:

  1. Messages: We frequently receive requests to post a message for customers. Additionally, we often receive inquiries as to whether a certain customer is present in our campground or as to what campsite they occupy. Customers should inform the Reservation Desk if they do not wish for us to respond to inquiries of their presence in the campground or identify their campsite.
  2. Late Arrivals Sheet: Campers commonly arrive after office hours. In the event that they do not know their campsite, we post a list of last names and the corresponding campsite number. For example: "Smith A-10". Customers should inform the Reservation Desk if they do not wish to have their last name and campsite posted on the late arrivals sheet.

We will honour any request you may make to have access to or review your personal information that we have obtained as referred to above. If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy practices, please contact us at the number listed above.
